Northside Autohaus diagnosed the fault in my car and quickly repaired it, when my regular repairer (a big dealership) could not.My Golf had developed a disturbing noise on a recent road trip. After a thorough inspection, a specialist mechanic in Armidale suggested it was a problem in the front wheel bearings. Back in Sydney, the dealership servicing my car dismissed that diagnosis and replaced a “buckled rear wheel and a tyre with a flat spot” for $1,250. The noise remained, the dealership continuing to deny the wheel bearings were a problem.A quick google search found Northside Autohaus. Encouraged by the many reviews and a visit to the workshop, I booked my car in. Sure enough, they confirmed the front wheel bearings were badly worn and replaced them. I was able to take my following road trip through the Snowy Mountains worry free, the car running smoothly and quietly. I won’t be going back to the dealership.

My Audi Q7 had a sticky and complicated problem. Jeff and his team were able to locate the root cause and fix it. The team was helpful and friendly. I am happy with the service and highly recommend them.

Northside Autohaus have a very simple to use website to get the car booked in with fixed price servicing. It’s all very clear and I like that. Workshop has a very large car park so its easy to drop off the car. Romeo was very professional and I appreciated being able to discuss the findings and overall assessment of my cars condition. My Audi has electronic oil level gauge and it was filled perfectly, not all workshops in Brookvale get this right and its a good sign that care and attention is a priority. This will stand the business in good stead and it will ensure repeat business from me.

I am from regional NSW and was visiting relatives in Sydney over Xmas/New Year (when most mechanics are shut). The day before we were to depart our serpentine belt snapped, leaving us stranded! Geoff and the team were amazing! NRMA towed to Northside Autohaus and it was fixed in a couple of hours despite being fully booked and incredibly busy. Such wonderful service, expertise and value for money. Would definitely be my mechanic if we lived on the beaches.
